The destination covered by the Golden Chariot are - Bangalore, Mysore, Kabini, Belur, Halebid, Sharvanbelagola, Hampi, Badami and Goa. All these destinations have their own charm and reveal a lot about the past and present of the place.

The cabins are fully air conditioned with facilities of LCD television, DVD, 6 satellite channels, wardrobe, vanity/writing desk and private bathroom. There is one special cabin for physically handicapped. Apart from this the train has also restaurants coaches, a Lounge Bar coach, a Conference coach and a gym coach.
You will be delighted to see interiors of the restaurants - Nala and Ruchi. These are inspired by the art of Hampi and Halebid. The Loung Bar, Madira, too is classy as it is modelled after the interiors of the Mysore Palace. The conference coach has arrangments to accommodate 25-30 guests and is also provided with 42 ince LCD television. Gym coach is meant for the fitness freak. There are two massage rooms where you can enjoy the magic of ayurveda.
